Hi!  I’m Tony Anczer, your Sanford Florida real estate agent.

Whether buying or selling a residential property, buying or selling commercial property, new construction of building a new home, or buying or selling land – I can help you with all these real estate needs.

My office is in Sanford Florida, however I practice real estate in all the surrounding cities, and am licensed in the entire state of Florida.  Give me a call on my cell phone at (708) 608-3000, and you’ll talk directly to me, and I will be working with you in your home sale or purchase journey.  My clients often report that they chose to work with me because when searching for a Realtor to help them in their real estate journey, they didn’t know who exactly it would be that would be representing them in their sale when viewing all the “ABC Group” real estate teams.

  7. Is there a difference between a Real Estate Agent and a REALTOR?
    • Yes, there is a difference between a Real Estate Agent and a REALTOR.  When you go through real estate school and pass your real estate exam, you are then officially a Real Estate Agent in that state.  A Real Estate Agent can practice real estate in the state(s) they are licensed in, but they do not have acess to the REALTOR Multiple Listing Service (MLS), therefore a Real Estate Agent would not be able to view the local homes for sale, nor list a home for sale in the MLS.  A Real Estate Agent needs to sign up with the local REALTOR MLS to be able to have access to the MLS so they they can offer the homes listed on the MLS to a client.  Many commercial Real Estate Agents are not REALTORs because if their focus is commercial real estate, then they do not need access to the listed residential properties.
